La description
There is a black GMC Yukon with blacked out windows that drives around making this horrible very loud noise as if it does not have a muffler. I've attached a picture of it. It's clearly modified to make this noise, and these cars wake me up incessantly at night. These loud cars speed down Robley Dr every single night and day in front of Robley Place Apartments. Please do something about this. The entire community is being affected by these people.
