Description
I live a few houses down and am able to hear loud music coming from 109 Dumond backyard. The family will be out front with music blaring with no one back there. This is a ver regular occurrence. Said neighbors are also heard yelling and screaming at neighbors. She’s argued with me about drones following her. As she increases in paranoia the music gets louder. After she yells at neighbors she will turn music louder and louder. It was loud last night until past midnight.
