Description
Continued loitering in bus stop enclosure with shopping cart, bags of things and person inhabiting enclosure for several days. Person displays merchandise during the day like a pop up shop and sleeps in a sleeping bag there at night. I have observed this several times. The entire enclosure is occupied and customers of the bus service cannot access it. As I drove by today, a police officer drove right by and did not stop.
