Description
This young man, who drives a white Honda Accord, parks his vehicle in the open garage with the music loud and goes inside of the home. He stays inside the home over an hour with the music playing in his vehicle which emits a pounding bass sound. It can be heard over everything inside my home and is causing a disturbance, especially while working. This is the only noisy residence on this street, which seems to be filled with 18-20 year-olds. I have several videos and audios of them playing loud music, even at night. I refuse to talk to them because I believe someone already has and they continue to do it. I can send evidence via email.
