Description
There are several dogs outside in this frigid cold. I have called and reported and reported here but no one comes to see about these animals. I have submitted forms, pictures, etc over the past year and here we are…it’s going to be 8° tonight and these dogs are outside barking and crying. It’s disgusting and sad! Someone needs to come out and make him take those dogs inside! Please I am begging!
