Description
My neighbors at 230 Alpine Drive OFTEN play loud music at their house. It is so loud, that it makes my house (next door) shake. This happens several times a week and even on weeknights. They usually play music until after midnight, and sometimes even until 3am. I have a small child at home and I also have work early in the mornings.
