Description
5 late teen/young adult black males taking turns riding very large 4 wheeler down 100 block of Martin Oaks as well as surrounding parts of neighborhood i.e., 200 block of Martin Oaks and 100-200 blocks of Jupiter. It's so loud...it seems even louder than the other idiots that regularly drive 4 wheelers around the neighborhood - it's audible from the very back of the back yard as well as inside the house.
