Description
I'm very worried about a young german shepherd that is tied up outside during this hard freeze/blizzard weather. The dog is currently being used as a 'burglar deterrent' and is tied to a large yellow excavator that is parked in the front yard of the house. Could an officer please go by and check on the dog? I don't think people are allowed to mistreat animals and keep them outside in this kind of freezing weather. Thank you.
